Youth Camp

Youth Camp is...FUN.

Field Hockey + Spirit Days + Dance Breaks and more!

This camp is designed for beginners to experts.

Campers will learn field hockey basics and game skills through a variety of drills, small games, and scrimmaging. 


Dates: June 22-26, 2026

Time: 9-12:30pm

Location: CNU, James River Fields 

Ages: Entering 1st-8th Grade (as of Fall 2026)

  • What ages can participate?

    Ages 6-12. 

    Entering 1st grades to 7th grade.

  • What if I have never played field hockey before?

    Beginners welcomed! 

    Groups will be sorted by age and by playing experience to make sure that each player has a great week of hockey!

  • What is the Spirit Day Schedule?

    At Youth Camp, bring on the spirit!!! Days 2-5 will have a theme where players can dress up to a different theme!


    Spirit Day Schedule 


    Day 2– “Spirit Day” – Wear your team color, cheer loud, and the best team gets a prize

    Day 3 – “Mix & Match” – The wildest outfit wins!

    Day 4- "Throwback Thursday"- Throw it back to another decade!! 80's, 90's...show us your groove! 

    Day 5- Last day– “Stick Power Day” – Wear Stick Power colors and gear! (Green, White, and Black!

  • Can Goal Keepers participate?

    Yes! A goalie coach will be present for goalie specified training. 

  • How much does Youth Camp Cost?

    PRICING will be released February 2026.
