Stick Power Field Hockey

Skills academies are intense training sessions for players who are serious about improving techniques and tactics. The drills are specifically designed to give players more touches on the ball, repetitions, and small group coaching. Players will be divided by age/skill level and go through circuit training.

TIME: 6-8 p.m.
AGES: Boys and girls age 8-18
COST: 1 for $49, 5 for $199, and 10 for $299
Dates: 10 Wednesdays

What gear to bring:
Stick, Shinguards, Molded Mouthpiece, Reversible Pinney, Waterbottle, Cleats/Turfs or Sneakers if indoors.Goal Keepers must supply their own equipment.

CNU Athletic Fields and possibly the Freeman Center during inclement weather

Q: We can make 6 of the dates, what is the cost?
A: 5 sessions are $199 and 1 session is $49. So for a total of 6 sessions the cost is $248. For each additional session add $49.

Q: What if my daughter/son has never played before?
A: We would recommend attending camp prior to skills academy
