SPFH Club Season – Winter Indoor!
Get a uniform, practice in state of the art facilities and get the best coaching in Hampton Roads!

Friday, Dec. 16th 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 13th 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 27th 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 10th 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 17th 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Friday, Mar. 2nd 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Attending:
CNU Indoor Tournament: January 28th & 29th
Annual Marlin Indoor Tournament: February 18th & 19th
Medical Waiver for Annual Marlin Indoor Tournament
Club Friendly: March 3rd
*SPFH players of each age group will have 6 practices and 3 play days. This will give them the opportunity to learn and grow both in practice and against other teams*
COST:
**Do NOT already have Uniform: 6 practices, 3 play days, and Uniform = $375.00 (those who do not already have a uniform must purchase one)
**Already have Uniform: 6 practice, 3 play days = $315.00 (if you already have a uniform, you will not be charged for one)
Uniforms will be distributed at the first practice (Dec. 16th). Light Jersey/Top, Dark Jersey/Top, Shorts, Dark Socks, and Light Socks.

SPFH First Official Club Season – Fall Ball!

Saturday, Sept. 24th 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 2nd 12:00-2:00 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 8th 11:00-1:00 p.m.
*Sunday, Oct. 9th 1:30-6:00*
Saturday, Oct. 15th 12:00-2:00 p.m.
*SPFH players will spectate and be a part of a CNU Field Hockey Team. Following the CNU game, SPFH players will compete against other club teams on the turf!*
COST:
4 practices, 1 play day, and Uniform = $175
Uniforms will be distributed at the first practice (Sept. 24th). Light Jersey/Top, Dark Jersey/Top, Shorts, Dark Socks, and Light Socks.

Stick Power Field Hockey Indoor Tournament @ CNU
Saturday, January 28th – U10, U14A, U14B, U16A, U16B
Times: U10 & U14 Approximately 8 a.m.- 2p.m
U16- Approximately 2:00 p.m. -9:30 p.m
Sunday, January 29th – U12A, U12B, U19 A, U19B
Times: U12 Approximately 8-2, U19 Division A – Approximately 8 a.m.- 3 p.m.
U19 Division B – Approximately 3:00 p.m. -9 p.m.
Location: Christopher Newport University – Freeman Center

Games: Guaranteed 4 games per team
U10 and “B” Teams will play Round Robin (No winners or All Tournament Selection)
All “A” Teams will play in a Tournament and all players on “A” rosters will be eligible for All Tournament Selection.
Awards: Prizes and All-Tournament Team awarded to the Age Division Champions of U12A, U14A, U16A, U19A, All Tournament Team chosen by CNU players based on observation
Cost: U10 – $265 U12, U14, U16, U19 – $375
U19A Individual -$45
Rules: FIH indoor and age breakdown is the same as US Field Hockey. Ages cannot be inforced, but coaches are on the honor
Spectators: Admission for spectators is free. Programs for parents and coaches
Gear: T-shirts, Tanks, and Sweatshirts will be available
P4CHKD Play for Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughter’s (U10, U12, U14) – October 9th
Outdoor Adult/College Tournament – Late April
Outdoor 7 v 7 Play Day- Early May (U10, U12,U14, U16, U19)

I just wanted to say thank you. Our daughter had a great time this summer at your youth camp and the youth league. She had so much fun and her skills improved tremendously.

We found out this morning our daughter made Varsity. We saw such an improvement in how she plays as a result of Stick Power the last two years.
What a great job your staff did tonight! The coaches were all so supportive and my daughter is VERY excited about coming back! The fellow players were also terrific in helping her along…what a nice bunch! – From the Mother of a 6 year old.

“Thank you for the invitation; youth league was great and I learned a lot of great things. I’m not sure some of the rec or high school coaches in the area even know some of that stuff (skills and drills). It was a great time and learning experience.”
